1. Fill out the form below. This will formally register you as the person referring that business to us.
2. We’ll then circle back with you shortly to discuss things in further detail.

EVES Client Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• • The referral program is open to individuals who refer new clients to EVES.
  • A “new client” is defined as a company that has not previously engaged EVES for services.

2. Referral Reward

• • For each qualified referral, the referrer will receive a one-time referral fee of ₱10,000.
  • A qualified referral is defined as:
    • A new client who signs an agreement with EVES,
    • Engages at least one (1) full-time employee through EVES, and
    • Remains an active client for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months.

3. Payment of Referral Fee

• • Referral fees will be paid within 30 days after the referred client has completed six (6) months of continuous service with EVES.
  • Referral fees will be paid via GCash.

4. Limitations

• • Referral fees are paid on a per-client basis, not per employee.
  • No referral fee will be paid for clients referred prior to the start of this program.
  • EVES employees, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Employees with non-solicitation, non-compete, or non-disclosure agreements are not eligible to make referrals.

5. Program Changes

• • EVES reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, without prior notice.
  • Any referrals made prior to program changes will be honored under the terms in place at the time of referral.
