Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BPO or offshoring industry, with a focus on provincial recruitment and attracting talent. The candidate will need strategies and tactics to recruit talent to work in the province. This position is open to remote work, allowing candidates from various locations to apply. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier talent for our offshoring operations, identifying and attracting professionals from both provincial and metro areas. You will lead recruitment initiatives, refine our talent acquisition strategies, and ensure we meet our staffing goals by providing a seamless candidate experience. You will be creating a department and thus your responsibilities may require vetting candidates, managing social media, creating resumes in EVES’ format, etc. The role requires a deep understanding of the offshoring industry, and the unique challenges associated with recruiting for BPO environments.   • Develop & Execute Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract talent to work on site in the province. Being tactical in pulling from both the provinces and metro areas, focusing on expanding EVES’ network of professionals in provincial locations.
  • Understanding How to Utilize Social Media to attract Candidates: We need savvy techniques to maximize all social media opportunities to introduce the opportunities at EVES.
  • Screen candidates, set appointments, participate interviews, post jobs on various job boards, coordinate client and candidate interviews, full cycle recruiting
  • Search resume banks for candidates, and research employees at other firms that would be open to a new opportunity with EVES.
  • Provincial Recruitment Leadership: Lead initiatives to attract professionals from urban centers to provincial areas by promoting the unique opportunities and benefits of working with EVES.
  • Remote Hiring Solutions: Develop and manage processes for remote recruitment, ensuring the company can efficiently hire and onboard talent from various locations.
  • Build a Strong Employer Brand: Partner with internal marketing and communication teams to enhance EVES’ employer brand in the provinces, showcasing the benefits of remote or provincial-based work opportunities, especially in the context of the BPO/offshoring industry.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with leadership and clients to assess staffing needs, forecast talent requirements, and align recruitment efforts with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Source & Attract Candidates: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques such as social media, job fairs, partnerships with local schools/universities, and community outreach programs to find top talent.
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes: Continuously evaluate recruitment processes to streamline workflows, improve candidate experience, and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Maintain Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies while managing accurate reporting of recruitment metrics. Generating reports for upper management to see progress.
  • We use JobAdder and ClickUp, any exposure to similar software will be helpful
