Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 5–7+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the BPO or offshoring industry. This role is onsite in Baguio City and is critical to our growth. Your mission is simple (but not easy): Build and scale our talent acquisition function from the ground up. You’ll design strategies to attract talent to work in the province, execute full-cycle recruitment, strengthen our employer brand, and help EVES grow fast—and sustainably. Your Playground) Build & Execute Recruitment Strategies
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies focused on onsite provincial hiring
- Source talent from both provincial and Metro Manila markets
- Continuously test, refine, and scale what works
Social Media & Creative Sourcing
- Use social media creatively to attract candidates (organic + campaign-driven)
- Turn EVES opportunities into stories people actually want to apply for
Full-Cycle Recruitment (Yes, Really Full)
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, conduct interviews
- Post jobs, manage job boards, coordinate client interviews
- Handle offers, negotiations, and endorsements for onboarding
Proactive Talent Hunting
- Search resume databases and identify strong candidates at other firms
- Build pipelines of passive talent who may not be actively looking
Provincial Recruitment Leadership
- Champion provincial hiring and help candidates see the real benefits of working outside Metro Manila
- Create localized recruitment initiatives and partnerships
Employer Branding
- Help shape EVES as an employer of choice in the provinces
- Partner internally to highlight culture, growth, and opportunity
Process, Data & Reporting
- Improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards and internal policies
