�� Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review accounting work for assigned clients
• Assist in managing multiple client engagements
• Coordinate with US-based Client Account Managers (CAMs)
• Perform and review general accounting functions and reports
• Review general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and workpapers
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate weekly and month-end reporting
• Support process improvements and internal controls
• Guide and mentor junior accountants
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the team grows

✅ Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in public accounting, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with any ERP system with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work a US-aligned shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Willing to work onsite in Baguio City, Benguet
