Your Role & Impact

• Manage and lead multiple accounting engagements for US clients
• Coordinate directly with US Client Account Managers (CAMs)
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Review general ledger accounts, workpapers, and financial data
• Deliver accurate weekly and month-end reports
• Review financial statements and ensure timely submission
• Drive improvements in accounting systems, processes, and controls
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior accounting professionals
• Take on broader leadership responsibilities as the team and client portfolio expand
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the PH accounting operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Background in public accounting, restaurant, or retail industry is a strong advantage
• CPA license is not required
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
• Willing to work a US-aligned schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at:
  • 2nd Floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, or
  • Abanao Square Mall, Baguio City
