EVES Talent Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility

- The referral program is open to individuals who refer new clients to EVES.
- A “new client” is defined as a company that has not previously engaged EVES for services.
- Referral Reward

- For each qualified referral, the referrer will receive a one-time referral fee of ₱7,500.
- A qualified referral is defined as:
- A new client who signs an agreement with EVES,
- Engages at least one (1) full-time employee through EVES, and
- Remains an active client for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months.
- Payment of Referral Fee

- Referral fees will be paid within 30 days after the referred client has completed six (6) months of continuous service with EVES.
- Referral fees will be paid via Gcash.
- Limitations

- Referral fees are paid on a per-client basis, not per employee.
- No referral fee will be paid for clients referred prior to the start of this program.
- EVES employees, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Employees with non-solicitation, non-compete, or non-disclosure agreements are not eligible to make referrals.
- Program Changes

- EVES reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, without prior notice.
- Any referrals made prior to program changes will be honored under the terms in place at the time of referral.
