Job Overview:
Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is seeking an experienced Operations and Project Analyst with strong technical proficiency and analytical expertise to support the Personal Assistant and Chief of Staff of a US-based restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. This role is responsible for driving strategic projects, conducting in-depth research and data analytics, automating workflows, and optimizing team operations through the use of modern technologies. Real-time collaboration with US-based stakeholders is essential, requiring strong communication and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management
- Lead, monitor, and report on projects using Microsoft Project and other tools.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives in alignment with business goals.
Research & Data Analytics
- Perform deep-dive research into public company financials, market trends, competitor data, and operational performance metrics.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
- Build comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
Technical & AI Tools Integration
- Organize and manage documentation and collaborative resources via SharePoint.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Power Apps.
- Create professional-grade presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Provide back-up support for scheduling, email management, and event coordination.
- Maintain meticulous records of all activities and outputs in SharePoint.
- Collaborate directly with the client team during US business hours to close out tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in project management, operations analysis, or technical/administrative roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) in a work setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work with U.S.-based clients and cross-cultural teams.
- Background in restaurant chains or BPO industry preferred.
- Willing to work from home and comply with WFH requirements: Must have a stable internet connection, backup internet source, backup power supply, dedicated and quiet work space.
