DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

A great opportunity to work in a high profile position for one of our US clients.

  1. Oversee and manage all accounting for a high-profile and demanding client.
  2. Coordinate data processing received/timing with the India office.
  3. Prepare and analyze more complex financial statements.
  4. Detail analysis of general ledger accounts.
  5. Be able to direct and assist in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
    • Reconcile bank accounts for multiple bank and credit card accounts.
    • Prepare journal entries and supporting documents.
    • Invoice and maintain accounts receivable.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed schedules of all balance sheet accounts.
    • Maintain depreciation and amortization schedules.
  6. Special Projects
  7. Assist with the transition of client books:
    1. Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
    2. Recreate financials for previous periods when necessary.
    3. Convert the client’s data from their existing accounting software to Restaurant365 software.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accountancy or a related field, at a minimum, CPA preferred.
  2. 5-7 or more years of experience; Hospitality Industry experience is a plus.
  3. Must have experience working in a high-volume environment.
  4. Must be extremely strong in general ledger as well as bank reconciliations.
  5. Must have experience using QuickBooks.
  6. Advanced Excel skills required.
  7. Shared services experience a plus.
  8. Must be available to work shifts covering client’s daytime business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time M-F).
  9. Multi-tasking ability is a must, as this position handles numerous diverse clients.
  10. Must have excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
  11. Desirable software experience: R365, Compeat, CTUIT RADAR
