Job Description:

Join our new team in Baguio! Handle high-volume AP, support US clients, and grow your accounting career on a night shift schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic accounting functions.
  • Process a minimum of 200 invoices per day using the AP system.
  • Maintain the Invoice list of clients for approval.
  • Export Invoices from the AP system
  • Analyze and maintain the Accounts Payable Aging Report
  • Reconcile Vendor Statements
  • Perform other accounting duties and support lower-level accountants as required or assigned.
  • Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process.
  • Complete special projects as necessary
  • Must be able to multi-task and work on several clients on each given day.

 
 
Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or other Accounting-related courses (CPA License not required)
  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience related to the position.
  • With a strong MS Office and ERP skills, especially MS Excel
  • Someone who can do high-volume AP.
  • Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours – Graveyard Shiftat 12mn-9am, Tue-Sat
  • Highly independent but a team player
  • With strong communication skills and fluency in English – verbally and in writing
  • Applicant must be willing to work onsite in Baguio City
