We are seeking a dependable, resourceful, and hands-on HR and Operations Specialist to support human resources execution, shift coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day office operations. This role requires a creative and tech-savvy professional who can manage administrative tasks while also contributing to company culture, communications, and employee experience. You will work across rotating shifts together with the other HR & Operations Supervisors and must be flexible to support U.S.-based clients and certain holiday operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and willing to roll up their sleeves to help the team succeed. WORK ARRANGEMENT: Onsite – Abanao Corner, Zandueta St, Baguio, 2600 Benguet SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts, including U.S.-aligned hours, Saturdays, and certain holidays KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle onboarding, HR records, and payroll support.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and internal communications.
- Manage HR-related social media and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, and employee performance; provide support for coverage when needed.
- Oversee office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and support digital workflows.
- Provide flexible support across HR and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or operations, with BPO experience is preferred but not required
- Strong English communication skills — able to clearly and professionally communicate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams both verbally and in writing
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, basic labor relations, and HR compliance
- Proficient in Excel is required
- Proficient in Click-Up, JobAdder, and other business platforms is a plus
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and certain holidays
- Preferably residing in or near Baguio City
